As the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association (“EDAD”), we value the privacy of visitors and members of www.edad.org.tr. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect, for what purposes, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights. 1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name-surname, email, phone, address, and professional information shared during membership application, event registration, contact form, and newsletter subscription.
- Payment information: membership fees and event charges are processed through the licensed payment institution iyzico; your card information is not viewed or stored by the Association.
- Automatically collected information: anonymous statistical data obtained through IP address, browser information, and cookies regarding your use of the site.
2. Purposes of Using Information
- To manage membership and event registration processes, perform payment and billing,
- To respond to your requests, suggestions, and complaints and communicate with you,
- To send newsletters, announcements, and information based on your consent,
- To ensure site security, measure and improve service quality,
- To fulfill obligations arising from legislation.
3. Cookies

4. Sharing of Information
Your personal data may be shared only to the extent required by the service and in compliance with legislation; with payment institutions (iyzico), email/SMS and site hosting technical service providers, and authorized public institutions in case of legal obligation. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Payment transactions are carried out in a secure (SSL/encrypted) environment of the licensed payment infrastructure.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the statute of limitations/retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date.
