Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) has been in clinical use for 25 years and is an imaging method capable of successfully producing cross-sectional images needed in implant surgery.
Today, the responsibilities of this device have expanded to include the diagnosis, classification, and long-term monitoring of bone loss occurring around implants.
Therefore, when using CBCT, factors that may affect image quality should be considered, and correct technical adjustments should be made. These adjustments are crucial for the efficient use of CBCT devices and their adaptation to the changing conditions of today.

In modern social life, all dental treatments focus on two main parameters: clinical success and treatment duration. Optimizing these two main parameters forms the clinician's treatment performance. Treatment duration is a significant parameter for patients in terms of maintaining their working life and social activities. Today, the rehabilitation of dental deficiencies with dental implants has become a more accessible treatment option for society, and these treatments are shaped according to changing societal demands, making immediate loading or immediate placement a prominent topic in both literature and clinical practice. This talk will discuss the biological and clinical advantages of immediate loading of implants in different clinical scenarios.

Treatments with fixed prostheses on implants for complete edentulism are becoming increasingly popular. With advancing technologies, the possibilities of treating patients with hybrid prostheses through immediate loading have increased. This presentation will cover immediate restorations that can be performed in completely edentulous mouths, implant planning, and materials.
