This program offers an integrated experience that builds digital dentistry layer by layer, where each step is based on the previous one, from "scientific literature to design, occlusion to production."
Session 1: Case selection criteria, intraoral scanning protocols, and 3D printer technology, which form the cornerstones of the digital workflow, will be discussed as a whole in light of current literature. The session will explore how scientific data is reflected in the clinical decision-making process and which technology and materials should be preferred for which case.
Session 2: Using data obtained from intraoral scanners, a smile design considering aesthetic parameters in the anterior region and a restoration design correctly constructed functionally and occlusally in the posterior region will be created.
Session 3: The session will address how the maxilla position obtained from the patient is anatomically accurately transferred to the virtual articulator with the help of SAM Axioprisa. Subsequently, the integration of all dynamic movements of the patient-specific mandible recorded with Modjaw (Jaw Motion Tracking System) into the software environment will be experienced step by step, verifying the restoration design with real-time data and making occlusal adjustments. The design progressing with all this data will be transferred to the 3D printer in line with the printing parameters supported by the literature (layer thickness, printing angle, support structure geometry).
Session 4: The digital workflow will be completed by preparing the restoration for clinical use with post-printing washing, curing, polishing, and cementation protocols.
