One of the most important goals of contemporary restorative dentistry is to restore the integrity of lost dental tissues, along with their function, phonation, and aesthetics, to the patient. Especially in anterior teeth, shape, color, structural, and positional disorders can be treated with direct and indirect restorations offered by advancing technology, allowing aesthetics to be achieved at the most ideal level. In our presentation, besides evaluating the optical properties and color harmony of current direct and indirect restorative materials, necessary information and clinical tips will be shared to achieve ideal morphology within aesthetic parameters.

Achieving optimal aesthetics in dental implantology requires meticulous treatment planning, precise surgical application, and appropriate prosthetic design. Key considerations include patient-specific factors (such as smile line, lip support, and gingival biotype) and implant-related factors (such as placement depth, angulation, and emergence profile). Additionally, the selection of appropriate restorative materials and techniques plays a crucial role in mimicking natural dentition. This presentation emphasizes that aesthetics in dental implantology begins not only with the final restoration but also with the initial assessment, continues at every stage of treatment, and requires the integration of biological principles with artistic skill to achieve predictable and harmonious results.
